You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. jilibee reserves the right to verify the information you provide and to suspend or close your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilibee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 jilibee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibee account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jilibee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jilibee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilibee will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilibee Platform, you agree to first contact jilibee's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilibee will endeavor to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its regulatory procedures.
